They are intentional intimately using these gifts of children and youth in future leadership. The church leaders encourage their members to affirm and identify one anothers gifts. People discover and experiments their gifts in an atmosphere of acceptance provided by the church leader. A church leader expands his understanding in order to be comprehensive and not neglect peoples gifts.
